Work on ad-hoc BAU, marketing projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
- Analyze data sets and weekly documentation of all retention activities on our CRM tool
- Able to provide suggestions to have continuous improvement on CTR and CVR regularly
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns based on the schedule created by the CRM Specialist
- Play a big role to support the marketing team in the campaign execution on CRM channels
- Take high ownership of the development of the user segmentations on Bibit
- Responsible to provide the best journey for the users
- Collaborate with marketing teams and across teams, including product, engineering, and data.
- Create, maintain, monitor, and optimize marketing campaign engagement and conversion.
- Drive high-impact in a fast-paced environment in online marketing efforts, especially in CRM channel
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or other related fields. Fresh graduates with experience are welcome
- Experience in a fast-paced industry
- Ability to consistently produce quality output and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure, agile working environment.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and delighted with statistical analysis and figures.
- Experience in project management and data analysis
- Understanding of the Customer Journey Experience.
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- A meticulous and detailed person with strong organizational skills.

- Experience in any of these specializations is a plus: CRM Tools, Google Analytics, HTML & CSS, Microsoft Excel
