Crm Business Analyst

Deliver analysis, insights, reporting, data marts, and tools to support the brand team
- Perform data modeling in relation to customer behavior
- Build & maintain data mart and dashboards for tracking business KPIs and initiatives
- Partner with brand teams to make data-informed decisions
- Identify business opportunities and support growth with experimentations and recommendations
- Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented in order to target marketing activities appropriately to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty, perform sales funnel, and expand the company's brand values

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any major
- 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Technical skills:

- Experiences in statistical programming languages, like R or Python
- Experience in the management of large sets of database
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet for analyzing datasets
- Experience in data visualization/storytelling
- Experience in business intelligence tools, such as Tableau/something similar, will be an advantage
- Soft skills:

- Written & verbal communication, both in Indonesian & English
- Great attention to detail & accuracy

- The ability to deliver on tight deadlines
- Observation & investigative
- Interest in predicting trends and identifying patterns
