About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and strategize various CRM promotional campaigns within theAsianparent app.
- Design user journey and segmentation using a CRM platform in a data-structured manner, and ensure the platform captures all required information at key points in the user cycle.
- Monitor, optimize, and report CRM performance on campaigns across all channels.
- Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other CRM ops functions.
- Conduct A/B testing to deliver best case scenarios to grow and reactivate the user base.
- Coordinate with Content Team for campaign and user journey creatives
- Design flows to target user segment based on user in-app behavior and ensure high CTR
- Develop the strategies for a high Monthly Active user rate and reducing user churn rate
- Handle CRM execution for 2-3 markets and manage a team of 1-2 people to execute user journeys, campaigns and funnels
- Create Weekly and Monthly Performance reports for connected departments and management
Background and skills requirement:
- A BS/MS in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent background
- Min 4 years experience in CRM, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent background
- Good understanding CRM tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, etc
- Passionate in experimentation and A/B testing
- Excellent communication skills and English is a must to work with regional teams.
- Ambitious and driven personality, proven track record in executing complex projects
- Analytical mindset, background or experience in analytical roles is an advantage
- Ability to represent the company and present in front of senior clients and investors
