- Monitoring Work In Progress on regional Area
- Controlling day to day service center activity and provide support for field obstacles
- Make regular weekly monthly report analyze service performance toward target and improvements needed
- Handling voice of customer and countermeasure respond needed
- Manage Authorized Service Center and way-of-working to be able to meet good customer service satisfaction level
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Statistic, Information system or equivalent.
- Have experience in Customer Service Management from electronic company is preferred.
- Expert in data management, data analysis
- Familiar with Microsoft Operation System (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Have good communication skill, fast learning, reporting & presentation.
- Fluent in English.
