Tasks
- Customer understanding:
- Identifies and understands customer needs.
- Segment specific development of customers. Observes market trend in own cluster (e.g. competitive landscape, customer landscape).
- Relationship management: together with the team the CS Sales manages customer relationships with main focus on CS topics. Responsible for CS sales in the Service Station.
- Sales and quotation support: responsible for initiating quotation process for CS offering. Generates sales leads for equipment/plant business.
- Support the ASM in the specific Business
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sound professional experience.
- Internal: Former technologist & technicians, former equipment/plant sales
- External: Former plant, maintenance, operations manager from Buhler or non-Buhler customers
- Basic engineering education
- Fundamentals of business administration and marketing
- Tools : Microsoft Office + internal software : Intranet (Bnet, SAP Quotation, CRM, CS Web
