About the Role

Handle and follow up complaint/request from AIA's customer accordance with the TAT which has been established to ensure customer's satisfaction and maintain AIA's reputation.

1. Handle and follow up customer's request through Letter, E-mail and Live Chat accordance with the TAT/SOP which has been established to achieve customer's satisfaction.

2. Coordinate with the relevant sections to follow up customer's complaint/request.

3. Monitoring the pending case and the daily discussions with the superior to reach the agreement solution.
