Details of the offer

Develop customer-related strategies and programs (customer service, service quality, customer relations, and service culture).
- Perform service recovery for complaints that occur by follow up on complaints to the relevant departments and ensure that they are resolved.
- Customer surveys which include distribution forms and data from customers, data analysis, and distribution of survey results to interested parties
- Conduct program socialization and monitoring of the implementation of all customer relationship concepts in branches and in the Head Office.

**_ Requirements :_**
- Fresh Graduate or having experience in the customer service or related field.
- Good communication skills & Good Inter-Personal
- Able to speak English & Analytical Thinking
- Professional look
- Placement in Jakarta
