Customer Relation Officer

Work with sales team, SCM, finance, and other internal teams to maintain plan needs

Take inquiries adn requests from existing customers and address their needs

Filling all the document related to new/existing client in file that could be shared to everyone

Provide sales report and checking revenue and margin/GP for weekly sales meeting and weekly leader meeting report

Provide quoation for existing client and coordinate with Finance and SCM team

Arrange meeting with SCM & CS in early week 1 every month for forecast and blast emaul to update UV's product and service
Minimum Work experience 1 years in field relate

Preferably have experience working in CRO

have well groomed appearance

Have a good communication adn relationship

Good administration, organized

Have a strong MS, Excel, Ms Word skills
