Customer Relationship (Crm) Executive

Your exciting role

Analyze and monitor the main KPIs and CRM actions for Nusantics' customer base

Transfer customer's data into business insights, and plan for actions towards maximize the data potential

Collaborate in the definition and execution of different marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives

Maintain customer loyalty program

Work within Business Development department, and work closely with Marketing and Operation team to ensure business objectives are achieved

Support other departments in their use of the tool or their data
Ideally, you would have

Passion in preserving Indonesia biodiversity through sustainable innovations

Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Solid prior experience in a similar role minimum 2 years

Analytical, data-driven, and well-versed with Excel.
Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
A strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
