**Location**: To be based throughout Malaysia (Healthcare Clinic)**Range of salary** : MYR3,000 - MYR 3,400**Age**: 25 to 40 years old**Requirement**: Related background in Healthcare industry (eg: medicine, pharmacy,nursing, dentistry, nutrition, etc.)**Benefits**:1. Work Permit sponsored**Responsibilities**- Liaise with patients regarding services rendered, investigate customers' concerns, and handle service recovery- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys/clinic tour- Compiling accurate reports and statistics on NPS and grievances- Establish good relationships with patients and internal customers- Assist in clinic-wide activities and health education program**Requirements**:- Degree or Diploma or relevant qualification- _**Very Good Command of English (is a Must)**_- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team.- Prior experience as a customer service specialist or equivalent, ideally in a hotel or healthcare setting**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: Rp9,967,631 - Rp11,296,649 per monthApplication Question(s):- Will you be able to reliably commute or relocate to Malaysia for this job?**Experience**:- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)- healthcare industry: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English Language (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
