Customer Service

1) Customer Management: including but not limited to Whatsapp group management/private chat replies;
2) Data Collection: including but not limited to data collection,Assist in collecting customer feedback, activity needs, and customer opinions, etc;
3) Promotion: Guide customers to join group activities and other actions;

**Requirements**:
1) Language: Bahasa, English

2) Having experience in Indonesian social media CS operation (eg: WA/FB/INS,.etc.);
3) Strong service attitude and sense of responsibility, good at find customer requirement;
4) Work serious and responsibly, have a teamwork spirit, and obey work arrangements.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Rp4,900,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Mandarin (preferred)
