Purpose of Role:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Customer Service Supervisor, who will be responsible for supervising the performance of Weir's products in all aspects at a customer site. This key role is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take responsibility of supporting operations in world class mining operations in Indonesia, demonstrating expertise over Weir's product portfolio along with its unique value proposition and serving as our link with the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Field Supports: Assisting the customer activities from installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance
- Sales Supports: Promoting, demonstrating, and selling Weir technologies to the customers in order to prove values
- Service Supports: Providing technical advice to the internal and external stakeholders to resolve product or service request regarding engineering, technical or scientific issues. Providing troubleshooting assistance for the customer operational issues
- Customer Relationship: Representing Weir as a world class company to build and maintaining profitable relationship
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Experience in site installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance without supervision
- Experience working in and willing to work in remote area like mining site across Indonesia
- Sound knowledge of mechanical/electrical equipment like rotary machine, mechanical seal, motor
