Join us.**Job Description**:- Receive any questions, complaints or requests for help from users related to the NOBI Apps- Record, submit and resolve a user problem according to the procedure.- Make a report (recapitulation) problem solving.- Checking user KYC data and documents.- Responsible for resolving user technical problems or other obstacles to completion.- Participate in every meeting invitation or online meeting, discussions related to CS/user services can be via chat or other media.- Always develop themselves to support efficient and effective services to users.- Become a liaison between NOBI and users.**Qualifications**:- Has experience minimum 2 years as customer services / customer success, preferably in Fintech or Crypto Industry.- Have experience in telesales / sales- Proficient in English. Other languages would be of a great advantage, for collaboration with various stakeholders in the company.- Customer satisfaction oriented- Strong administration, analytical skills, with a systematic approach to problems- Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation.- Familiar with Crypto
