SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:To accord personalized and prompt service to VIP guests from arrival to departure, to provide all hotel guests and patrons, courteous, tactful and efficient services. To provide guest services as well as supervision in the Guest Relations Department in accordance with the objectives, performance, consistency and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.**REQUIREMENTS**:Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral and written)Already work and reside in Indonesia would be an advantageOr Indonesian citizen who has experience live or school in China region would be an advantageCertificate in Hotel Management / Diploma from Hotel SchoolMinimum 3 (three) years in a supervisory position with experience and knowledge of Front Office / Guest Relations at luxury hotel brand, experience for working at several countries would be an advantageAbility to work independently, and adopt a well-organized, logical approach to deliver quality work in a fast paced environmentExcellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levelsPleasant and charming personalityAble to work flexible hours
