Customs & Regulatory Affairs Manager

**Role Summary**

Plan, direct and monitor customs and regulatory affairs activities so the organization has the permits, licenses, certificates, authorization, and other approval needed to conduct current and future business activities.

**Main Responsibilities-**
- Identify, develop, and prioritize initiative to continuously enhance the operating efficiencies and service Express through direct contact with all regulators that would impact / influence the business outcomes of Express and its customers.
- Ensure all aspects of customs clearance within the country are in full compliance to customs legislation.
- Mitigate and communicate business risk to Express and its customers through proactively being aware of any changes in regulations that could have an impact.
- Represent Express in all regulatory forums and trade organization with negotiate, lobby, and provide expertise or to assist with formulating policy that would impact the business.
- Convinces others in the organization to accept operational solutions and changes.

**Requirement**

Bachelor's degree with 8 - 10 years experiences in related position

Customs Broker (PPJK) license

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Good in communication
