Join Amartha as a data analyst in our New Retail business unit. As an important member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Amartha One's digital services products. Your skills in data analysis and strategic thinking will play a critical role in driving our mission to have an immediate impact on Amartha One agents

**Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out comprehensive data analysis of Amarthaone agents from acquisition to activation
- Coordinate with FO team to drive weekly milestones
- Recommend solutions to improve acquisition and activation efficiency
- Designing new initiatives to help increase weekly productivity achievements
- Monitor amartha one Agent performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives

The qualifications that you must have
- A Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science of related field from reputable university
- Preferably more than 2 year experience in data analytics or business analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
