Create and manage the infrastructure support JIRA tickets, ensuring all tickets are resolved/fulfilled within SLA and customer satisfaction targets and other KPIs are achieved
- Support IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) requests from staff
- Hardware and software purchase request (quotation, paperwork, tracking, etc)
- IT asset management (setup, deployment, re-image, inventory check, etc)
- Software related support (Crowdstrike, Manage Engine Endpoint Central, MS Office, Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Mola Exchange Portal, Greatday, VPN, OneLogin, etc)
- User provisioning and maintenance in GWS, OneLogin, and other apps, etc)
- User and groups permission administration
- IP address management
- Patch management on server and desktop
- Server and network related issue support
- Backup and recovery of server and files
- Network devices configuration backup/restore and version control
- Physical check on rack, server, cabling and network equipment in office and data center
- Proactive Infrastructure monitoring for office and data center (server and equipment)
**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field
- Strong analytical skill
- Proficient using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc)
- Proficient using Microsoft365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Onedrive, etc)
- **Knowledge of setting up and managing cloud computing services like platform as a service (PaaS) and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) in AWS, GCP, AZURE and other mainstream cloud providers**:
- **Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written (English and Indonesian)**:
