- Design, develop, and maintain our data warehouse infrastructure using AWS services.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and normalization to ensure data integrity.
- Data modeling craft from a well understanding of business logics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions and execution.
- Analyze historical data trends and patterns to identify insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate actionable insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics.
**What we would like you to have**
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Experience with AWS services such as S3 and Redshift.
- Proficient knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data within databases.
- Familiar with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and Excel for reporting.
- Familiar with data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in data analytics and engineering.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Knowledge in Python programming is a plus
