Data Analyst (Telco)

Review, analysis and reconciliation of large volumes of data including network availability, root cause contributors for NAV degradation and analyzing long term trends for improvement analysis.
- Analysis of managed services data from multiple resources into meaningful information with result oriented approach.
- Able to analyze and create full picture of the network health/status via TT and WO.
- Review, identify and verify data sources and ensure data authenticity.
- Preparation of detailed report, executive summaries for customer.
- Conduct analysis and prepare supporting documentation to be used in managed services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of **Science or Master of Science Engineering in telecommunications/electronics/electrical**.
- Have a working experience in **Telecommunication industry (mandatory)**:

- Strong analytical skills for review and interpretation of **volumes of telecommunication data**.
- Planning and organizational skills to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Able to do coding
- Experienced individual with a proficiency using **Excel utilities (Pivot tables and Macros)**.
- Able to operate **data visualization tools i.e. Power BI and Tableau**.

**Working arrangement**:
WFO from Monday to Friday at Wisma Mulia 2

Pay: Rp10,000,000 - Rp17,000,000 per month
