Identify and prioritize areas for improvement (including process automation), and initiate change where required.
- Continuously evaluating the performance of existing Collection strategies. Identify and raise any potential risks to key internal stakeholders along with solutions to mitigate them.
- Build, test & implement collection strategy function based on the insight (processes, knowledge base, reporting).
- Manage Collection Budget, Cost, Capacity Plan (MPP), and forecasting.
- Make optimal use of collection tools by using analytics and data segmentation to improve performance.
- Comply with relevant regulatory, policies, processes, procedures and maintain highest standard of vendor governance.
- Manage multiple collection project by following standard project management approach.
- Ensure quality team has regular coordination with collection operation team.

- Speak fluently in Bahasa and English (preferably).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in finance company, banks, or similar field.
- At least 4 years experience as a Collection Strategic, Quality Control, Investigator or Auditor.
- Experience with credit risk management and business intelligence is an advantage.
- Strong in communication skills, investigation, and negotiation skills.
- Have outstanding knowledge in credit underwriting process/ risk management/ fraud management from banking/ financial services institutions
- Have a strong people management skills and quick adaptation in new environment.
- Have a good understanding in financial services regulatory.
