Organising all shipments in line with all related parties- Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments- Deliver against departmental KPIs- Track cargo movement from loading port until destination port (depend on sales term).- Collect and give input to supervisor in negotiate to get the most competitive OF and other terms/conditions- Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times- Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions- Assisting with the re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and- performance evaluation and taking corrective action as required- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to timeJob Requirements:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent- Having min 1 year of working experience in Dry Cargo Logistic and Shipping in Commercial Palm Oil- Good in Analytical Thinking and communication- Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages.- Willing to be located in Head Office JakartaOur company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person.
