About the job
- Build & align short & mid-term sales forecast
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance, to gather information and insights that will drive accurate demand forecasts.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasting models, adjusting parameters as needed to improve forecast accuracy
- Review sales forecasts and demand plans with key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Monitor and report on actual sales performance against forecasts, investigating and explaining any significant variances.
- Utilize historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, and other relevant factors to develop accurate short-term and long-term demand forecasts.
About you
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and ability process complex information
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Independent individual but also able to work as team player.
- Good communication skill; including written & verbal in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related role within a Supply Chain in FMCG environment.
