Demand & Supply Planner Executive

**Location: Jakarta**

**Job Responsibility**:

- Responsible for sales targets set by Management
- Managing the demand and supply processes to ensure forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory levels
- Perform product forecast data (Trial Size, Gift Produk, New Launch Product) collaboration with Marketing, Sales & Supply Chain based on market trend assumption, seasonality and promotion
- Forecast deployment based on SKU levels with production planners and maintain availability stocks or replenishment existing/NPD
- Coordinate with internal team for program support and procurement
- Monthly report of forecast accuracy, service levels, produk performance by category & channel

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Logistics/Engineering, or Statistics
- Minimum 2 years experiences with forecasting, Demand & Supply planning
- Experience in the cosmetics industry or consumer products is preferred
- Passionate and curious about beauty trend & cosmetics updates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Excellent in computer literate (SAP, Ms. Office Programs, especially Ms. Excel)
