Desk Collection Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensures the team achieves goals established for the unit.
2. Plan, direct, evaluate and supervise workflow.
3. Track and Coach team members performance.
4. Handle escalation in collecting high risk, serious delinquent or loans requiring special attention.
5. Assist on ongoing monitoring and providing feedback to collectors to ensure compliance with collection policies and procedures, including all call monitoring and quality reviews.
6. Facilitate monthly evaluations and development plan for collectors.
7. Scheduling and coordinating team activities

Recruitment requirements:
1. Age 18-40 years old, high school graduate or College Undergraduate and above
2. English speaker with good communication and coordination skills
3. Must have good leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
4. Must also have good decision and analytical skills
5. Can lead a team with 10-20 members
6. Must be tech savy and proficient in working reportorial requirements.
7. Must have at least 3 months' working experience as a Team Leader in collection industry.

Monthly salary: Rp7,000,000 - Rp11,000,000
Working time: 08:30 - 17:30, lunch break for an hour; 5-6 days per week on scheduling
