- Conduct quality evaluation for Desk Collection Operator by doing silent monitoring of phone calls based on a particular standard and prepare\analyst reports to provide suggestions for improvements based on the results of the reports
- Deliver feedback to Desk Collection Operator based on quality evaluation to improve Desk Coll performance
- Participate in calibration and mini calibration meeting to give information about phone call quality.
- As quality representative in morning briefing & on the floor meeting to monitor the information given is accordance with current situation and policy procedure
