Digital Capability Building Officer

Conduct training and socialization of the project.

Develop a digital stakeholder mindset development program and integrate all digital project.

Review and evaluate implementation of digital projects.

Coordinate with related departments regarding to documents completeness.

Responsible to all documents of digital projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Communication / Management / Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / International Relations, and social sciences and humanities other relevant fields.

GPA min 3.00 (scale 4.00)

Minimum have 1-2 years work experience in Digital Transformation.

Experience in the Health Care industry or Digital Start-Up Company is a plus.

Advanced to use Ms. Office (Power Point, Excel)

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Fluency in English and Bahasa (both verbal and written).

Target oriented, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.
