Digital Content Manager - Jakarta

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and regularly update content strategies across all digital channels to drive audience engagement
- Manage content creation and curation processes, ensuring accuracy and relevancy of content
- Monitor and analyze content performance, and modify content based on insights
- Develop and maintain relationships with external content creators
- Oversee the design and visuals of content, ensuring consistency of brand and messaging
- Monitor and respond to user feedback and questions in a timely manner
- Manage content creation and curation budgets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure content aligns with overall goals and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in content creation and management tools
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles
- Demonstrable experience in creating and managing content for multiple digital platforms
