Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Description
- Manage various online marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, 3rd party networks, etc) to promote ranges of financial products.
- Track and Optimize all digital marketing metrics
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze marketing data to uncover actionable insights.and drive marketing decisions.
- Identify trends and actively conduct research and experiments to improve overall campaign performance.
- Run A/B tests and analyze results
- Coordinates with internal team and external digital marketing vendors to ensure the expectations are delivered as well as continuous improvement

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree from reputable universities, preferably from quantitative/analytical discipline (Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics).
- One year of experience in Digital Marketing, but fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- A result-driven and independent thinker with superior numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven history of translating business data into actionable marketing decisions.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, and similar data processing tools.
- Eager to work in a creative and collaborative environment.
