Key Responsibilities
- Social Media and Ad Buys on Chinese Platforms.
- To target the Mainland Chinese population.
- Strong grasp of understanding and use with regard to social media management and social media advertising.
- Use of Xiao Hong Shu, Weibo, WeChat, to reach our target clients.
- (Not compulsory) Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM).
- (Not compulsory) Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads (Social media advertising).
- Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS.
- Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners.
- Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Excellent in Chinese and English, both verbal and written.
- Xiao Hong Shu, Weibo, WeChat expert.
- (Not compulsory) Google Ads, FB/IG/Tiktok Ads, account management.
- Strong proven track record in managing ad spending.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, results-oriented and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, resourceful, energetic individual.
- Creative and prepared to think outside the box.
- Positive go-getting attitude and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Google Applications.

Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- XiaoHongShu, WeiBo, Wechat marketing: 1 year (required)
- Digital Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
