Digital Marketing Executive

**This role will suit someone with 2-4 years hands on campaign management experience, with an in-depth understanding of Ad tools and able to understand and analyse the results of their activities.
**Responsibilities**:

- You will be executing performance marketing over a variety of digital channels and for a number of brands, focusing on targeted ROAS, CPA and Brand recognition targets
- You will be focused on driving numbers, but have a keen interest in customer segmentation and understanding the brands you are representing
- You will analyse, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- You will Optimize user funnels, ability to conduct A/B testing
- This role is within a large Digital Marketing team and will be partnering with Trading, Content & Brand Marketing teams

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in Facebook, Instagram and Google Marketing (SEM, Display and Shopping)
- We are looking for someone who understands working with data, establishing digital program
- Strong Communicator
- Strong analytical thinking
- Experienced in Google analytics & excel
- Highly motivated and willing to learn new thing
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field on retailer
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
