Digital Marketing Manager

Our client in the Retail industry looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple digital platforms.

You will be responsible for overseeing the creation of digital content, managing online advertising campaigns, and creating and maintaining a strong presence on social media. You should have a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, and the ability to analyze data and adjust campaigns as needed. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Train and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team, providing guidance

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Strong analytical and project management skills
