Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

Handle advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads to drive sales. This includes conducting trend research, developing advertising strategies, setting budgets, monitoring sales, and preparing reports.

Work with and oversee digital agencies that assist in executing Performance Marketing/SEM strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPI), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI)/return on ad spend (ROAS) for each ongoing campaign.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms including Meta Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO, and other digital platforms.

Analyze reports generated by analytic tools to continuously improve and optimize for higher conversion rates from quality leads.

Serve as the Brand Guardian to ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the brand's image and messaging.

Requirement

Bachelor / Master degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.

**Have 5 years of experience in digital marketing (paid ads**: Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads., etc.).

Experience in leading team and project management.

Good analytical and logical thinking related to business, marketing and branding.

Good personality, communication skills, confidence, service mindset, mature and critical thinking.
