Build company brand and marketing plan by managing budget properly and have ability to forecast effectively
Plan, build, and execute the right strategy for cross-platform and monitoring with strict ROI goals including SEO, SEM, A/B testing, campaigns, sales growth, etc
Set growth and performance benchmarks and assessment formats to analyze, monitor, and report KPIs for all platform to facilitate evaluation and future planning
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Support essential marketing operations initiatives in CRM such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing with the Sales Team
Manage marketing automation processes and have ability to implementing the latest best practices strategies to achieve the planned target
Develops and maintains professional relationships with customers, KOLs, media partners, and digital agencies
Bachelor's degree majoring in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B & B2C as senior digital marketing
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns, and track record building and leading a team that drives efficient growth
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Proven years of marketing automation experience
Experience in Salesforce CRM and SEMRush will be a plus
Experience managing multi-million Indonesian rupiah direct-response marketing budgets across all platforms and all device types
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Strong communicator and listener with outgoing personality to recruit, cultivate, nurture, maintain and develop relationships with customers, KOLs, media partners, and digital agencies
