**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee campaign performance, track daily performance and seek for efficiency improvement in performance.
- Consult the digital omnichannel team regarding campaign performance optimizations in order to maximize campaign outcome in regards to target KPIs.
- Make data-driven decisions utilizing internal tools and campaign insights, to measure channel or campaign effectiveness.
- Drive new initiatives to improve workflow and processes within the digital omnichannel team.
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Work with advertising tools from Google, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, and other digital media platforms.
- Analytical mindset and an excellent understanding of online marketing metrics like CPC, CTR, Impressions, CPA, CR, ROAS, etc.
are a must.
- Support team on creating a new marketing strategy and execution of digital marketing communications and campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of recent digital marketing experience.
- Excellent understanding of Social media, Display and Search advertising on major digital marketing channels such as Facebook and Google.
- Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of performance marketing metrics.
- Outstanding skills in executing campaigns across various digital channels while ensuring that all campaign objectives and KPIs are met.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally.
- Highly organized, good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills.
