Digital Marketing Specialist (Content Marketer)

The Digital Marketing Specialist (Content Marketer) focuses on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and engaging content to attract and engage a target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and implement content distribution strategies to reach the intended audience
- Monitor content performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
- Stay updated with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging platforms or formats
- Utilize analytics tools and data to measure content effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

**Requirements**:

- **Min. 1 year of working experience in digital marketing**:

- Passion in data-driven marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate audience
- Strong knowledge of marketing & analytics tools
- Effective communicator (oral and written), strong analytical skill, and able to work with team
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Willingness to learn & adaptability is a big plus
- High level proficiency in Excel, SQL and data analytics is a plus
- Familiar with KOL strategies is a plus
