PT Integrity Indonesia is on the lookout for an **Digital Marketing Specialist** who is responsible to develop and manage marketing activities by overseeing the production and dissemination of content through digital marketing campaigns.
**What you'll do**:
1. Develop and implement SEO, PPC marketing and social media strategies.
2. Plan and execute all digital marketing activities using ad platform, including social media and display advertising campaigns.
3. Manage advertising on Google AdWords and other platforms for company products, optimizing advertising mechanisms and strategies, analyzing data, and summarizing experiences.
4. Carry out advertising data analysis, optimize structures, and improve ROI, ensuring accountability for results
5. Analyze advertising data, channels, and creative performance to inform ongoing improvements.
6. Continuously enhance processes, provide data support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions, while regularly evaluating advertising impact and organizing data
7. Collaborate with sales teams to offer digital solutions for enhancing revenue growth and social media presence
8. Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goal metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
**Who we need**:
1. Bachelor degree (S1), preferably in Marketing Management.
2. Minimum 5 years of similar experience in the B2B service industry
3. Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other performance tools like Ahrefs, Hotjar, and Mailjet.
4. Google Ads and Analytics certification preferred.
5. Skilled in improving website and landing page conversion rates.
7. Familiarity with Google AdWords, social media, and digital platforms.
8. Strong experience in data analytics, detail oriented, and report writing.
9. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
10. Proficiency in English is required
