Digital Marketing Specialist

Work closely with managers and other leads to develop marketing strategy
- Develop digital marketing strategy by an overview the indicator, tracking changes, and monitoring the competition
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
- Prepare reports on findings for paid Growth & Activation while illustrating data with graphs & translating the complex result into written texts that are clear & understandable
- Identify improvement opportunities of growth & effectiveness of each Growth & Activation channel
- Help Growth & Activation team to run AB Test & provide analysis results

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate in marketing or related field
- Have sufficient knowledge of websites and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FB Ads, WebTrends, etc.)
and A/B and multivariate experiments
- Self-motivated yet costumer focused
- Highly creative
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with financial planning and strategy
