We are looking for a Digital Project Manager preferably from Brunei. The Digital Project Manager is responsible for leading our digital marketing and digital services operations, driving the execution of our digital strategy, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals as laid out in our business framework. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, digital marketing expertise, project management, and leadership skills to manage digital projects and initiatives from conception through to execution and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vision Alignment**: Ensure all digital initiatives align with the company's core focus, adhering to our long-term vision and immediate business goals. Collaborate with the Visionary to translate vision into actionable digital strategies.
- **Project Management**: Oversee digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to keep projects on track.
- **Resource Management**: Manage internal and external digital marketing resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization. Develop and manage digital marketing budgets.
- **Performance Analysis**: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs). Adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and develop the digital marketing team. Ensure the team has clear goals, receives regular feedback, and works efficiently towards achieving the company's objectives.
- **Process Optimization**: Continuously assess and improve digital marketing operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in digital marketing and operations management.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the key point of contact for digital initiatives within the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing and digital services management, with a strong track record of successful digital strategy development and execution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing budgets and resources.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, analytics, and project management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the Visionary and across departments.

**Salary**: Rp13,000,000 - Rp13,500,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Digital Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Project Management: 3 years (preferred)
