Direct Sales Rep Ii

Manage the FSR & Retail for the business division all the way up to the bottom line Control margins, costs, finalize pricing, budget sales force cost, and other selling expenses, etc.

Develop business & Maintain the current operations and sales strategy including action plans and ensure that they align to the company strategy.
3.
Oversee and manage the sales force to grow sales profitably and maximize "feet on the street" and "face-to-face contact".
4.
Develop the division budget and ensure that all expenditures are in line with the approved budget.
5.
Ensure global account and corporate commitment have been efficient and effective delivered and in line with corporate strategy.
6.
Ensure that all business operations taken by team members are transparent and comply with all corporate policies and guidelines.
7.
Supervise, develop, coach, and motivate team members to deliver the best performance in order to achieve business objectives as planned.
8.
Liaise with concerned parties both internal and external organizations to ensure that the business objectives have been achieved as desired.
- This position is responsible for developing sales strategy and action plans in order to grow sales volumes as well as achieve margin targets as planned and ensure that those strategies and plans are executed effectively and efficiently in a timely manner.
In addition, this position will also be responsible for business development and after-sales service delivery to key accounts across the country.
Sales growth and profitability in line with the company targets in addition to a full P&L responsibility for the business division is one of the key responsibilities for this job.
