Job Description
Lead, determine, arrange, and establish company policies
Manage the business and develop business strategies according to the company's vision and mission
Evaluating employee performance
Arranging the budget according to the target and vision and mission of the company
Prepare regular reports and report to shareholders and shareholders stakeholders
Representing the company to carry out external activities such as cooperation with the company other
Plan a strategy in meeting the company's targets and ways to achieve the target
Controlling and ensuring employees have carried out their duties and responsibilities accordingly with his position in the company
Ensuring company compliance with all applicable regulations
Perform risk analysis and monitor the potential impact of existing risks.
Requirement
Bachelor / Master's Degree in any major
Have min. 2 years as a board of directors in an insurance company and or insurance broker
Own AAPAI / APAI / CIIB / Profesi Asuransi certification
Have insurance broker certificate min. level 6
Have an exceptional English ability (speaking,writing, reading)
Have insight and broad customer base.
