- Develop operational policies and standards for Food & Beverage activities at the hotel level.
- Establish and maintain standards for Food & Beverage sales, trends, and inventories.
- Propose changes or innovations in policies, procedures, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the Management on reports, forecast budgets, policies, and future planning.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of pricing, sources of supply, Food & Beverage sales, trends, and inventories.
- Ensure top-quality food and service to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
- Keep the Management informed on sales, submit monthly financial statements, and provide insightful comments on the operation.
- Achieve goals outlined in the profit budget and maximize departmental profit while overseeing adherence to the budget.
- Obtain and maintain approvals for all licenses related to the department.
- Supervise all supplies and services engaged by the department.
- Meet with purveyors to stay informed about new products or methods.
- Ensure the availability of training programs and that all employees are trained to company's international standards.
- Review departmental programs to foster the development of future departmental heads.
- Uphold a highly disciplined, motivated, friendly, and well-mannered staff.
- Stay informed about trends, practices, and equipment in food and beverage preparation and service.

- 5-8 years of experience as Head of Food & Beverage in a 4/5-star category hotel or high-standard individual restaurants.
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in written communication, to meet business needs.
- Strong working knowledge of mathematics.
- Familiarity with computer systems.
- Relevant expertise in food and beverage.
- Motivated and committed, approaching tasks with enthusiasm and seeking opportunities for continuous learning.
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to changing requirements.
- High team focus, demonstrating cooperation and support for colleagues in pursuit of team goals.
- Knowledgeable in Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting operations and skills.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, people management, and training skills.
