**Job Deskripsi**
- Coordinate organizational and administrative functions across all areas of the Rooms Division to deliver quality service to guests while maximizing room revenue and productivity.
- Provide solutions to improve problematic areas and assist in implementing corrective measures.
- Monitor the occupancy forecast, manage departmental budgets, and actively participate in P&L meetings.
- Assist in annual budget and strategy preparations, including capital submissions, ensuring active control of annual budgeting.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of products, including room types, amenities, and services, and recommend changes as required.
- Coordinate the implementation of and enhancements to minimum standards of guest service.
- Stay informed of sales strategies, packages, promotions, and discounts, understanding their impact on other departments.
- Build relationships and maintain clear, open lines of communication with all departments.
- Manage guest feedback, create action plans, and conduct monthly follow-ups with direct reports.
- Uphold demanding operating standards, including the revision/implementation of new standards.
- Manage all external contracts to ensure aligned service is received, maximizing value for money.
- Drive the Rooms Division quality assurance program, delivering a monthly report on key issues, developments, outstanding works, and personal and financial concerns to the Hotel Manager, GM, and EXCOM.
- Implement and monitor programs to maintain the condition of Hotel assets in all Rooms Division areas.
- Create an environment that trains, develops, coaches, and mentors colleagues.
- Conduct weekly SMART Plan reviews with all direct reports to ensure follow-up to achieve agreed goals and objectives.
- Actively participate in sales presentations, property tours, and meetings as required.
- Conduct monthly walkthroughs with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Department Heads to ensure action and standards are maintained.
- Understand and abide by all Government laws relating to the Rooms Division.
- Be well-versed and knowledgeable about the hotel's Fire Evacuation and all Emergency procedures, as well as health and safety requirements in the Workplace. Ensure colleagues are aware of their duty of care as determined by legislation and maintain complete familiarity.
- Align management style, working practices, and conduct with company's vision, purpose, and values, operating standards, and policies. Comply with company's code of conduct at all times.
- Directly manage certain departments as assigned by the Hotel Manager.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the Hotel Manager.

- Proven background and career progression in Rooms Division, currently holding at least the position of EAM Rooms or Rooms Division Manager.
- Proficient in problem analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop colleagues.
- Strong communication and listening skills, with excellent proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
- Track record of collaborative work with others to achieve desired results.
- Natural hosting skills, engaging, and effective in providing exceptional customer service.
- Financially savvy with the capability to improve the bottom line.
- Innovative and well-versed in technology, contributing to elevating the Rooms Division to the next level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
