Job Description Supervise the sales and operations of overall retail outlets in the area, ensuring that sales goals are consistently achieved or exceeded.Guide and develop store teams to deliver outstanding customer service and attain operational excellence.Apply effective inventory management practices to reduce waste, avoid over- or under-purchasing, and accurately fulfil demand.Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless daily operations, encompassing everything from merchandising to staffing and customer satisfaction.Requirement Minimum of 10 years in retail sales management, with a track record in expansion and store openings.Strong record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.Expert in consumer behaviour and market trends with a strategic sales approach.Skilled in leading multi-location teams to meet business objectives.Proven ability to reduce shrinkage, optimise manpower, and streamline processes.
