As part of our operations transformation program, new cross domain sales team is being established under Network operations unit focusing on NRO, NDO, CS and emerging business sales to meet the business growth and profitability ambition for future.
There is an exciting opportunity for employees seeking carrier in services sales.
You will be working as a part of the MOAI Network team, reporting to Head of Services Sales and act as Engagement manager to lead NRO, NDO and CS opportunities for Indonesia.
**The Lead Engagement Manager will have the following responsibilities**:
- Proactively Identify new business opportunities
- Support and attend internal and customer events.
- Drive consultative and proactive engagements with service delivery and account team
- Present reason argumentation to C-level.
- Build and maintain customer relationships on C-level securing strategic collaboration
- Presales support for most relevant services engagements in CUs.
It includes support in define engagement strategy, solution and commercials based on customer needs, help with the negotiations to get the best outcome satisfying both customer and Ericsson.
This activity requires close co-operation with Domain Sales Managers, Services Lines, CU operations team, Commercial Management and Key Account teams.
- Actively participate in services business planning and growth of for CUs.
- Conduct annual accounts planning sessions
- Develop customer presentation
- Negotiate and close business deals
**To be successful in the role you must have**
- Bachelor or master's degree in Telecoms or Business administration
- proven experience of the Telecoms industry and 5+ in NRO, NDO or CS business aspects
- Strong competence on Ericsson portfolio with strong competence of Network Rollout and Project management services and solutions being a plus.
- Broad experience in Ericsson internal processes, organization (both global and CUs)
- Customer facing, Presentation and Communication skills, problem solving & Critical Thinking
- Intuition for business and Financial Understanding
