Responsibilities Source and attract candidates through various online platforms Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and interviews Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Provide expert advice to clients on job descriptions and skills needed Utilize networking to identify potential candidates Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs Track and manage the recruitment process using appropriate tools Fluency in Dutch, German, or a Nordic language is required Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within consumer services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Passion for connecting talent with opportunities * The opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.
