E-Commerce Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Create & execute sales plan and strategy (daily, monthly, yearly & seasonal)
- Achieve sales & growth target (user experience, traffic, bucket size, loyalty system) Maintain relationship with rm in e-commerce
- Execute strategies based on e-commerce analytics
- Create & execute e-commerce ads and campaigns
- Monitoring effectivenes from all strategies created
- Handle & analyze e-commerce sales, inventory and traffic data

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree from any major
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling e-commerce (tokopedia, shopee, tiktokshop)
- Work efficiently under high pressure
- Willingly to work based on target
- Excellent communication skill
- Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong skill in e-commerce algorithm
