Ecommerce Supply Chain And Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all items remain in stock at all times
- Create and manage shipments to Amazon warehouses
- Track and report on inventory levels and sales performance
- Communicate with suppliers to arrange shipments and track purchase orders
- Track end-to-end delivery of products and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Monitor and manage returns, refunds, and customer inquiries
- Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to create and maintain reports and analyze data
- Work closely with other teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Overlap with US working hours (US central time)

Pay: Rp7,850,000 - Rp14,200,000 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Amazon FBA: 4 years (preferred)
- Supply Chain and Logistics: 2 years (required)
