**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing web assets
- Creating social and paid social assets
- Photoshopping photography assets
- Designing dropcards
- Formatting video assets for different aspect ratios and inserting captions (via capcut or premier)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Projects are built in Asana
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, Figma, Canva, Capcut
- Specialty in layout and typography design
- Proficient to Advance photoshopping abilities, including but not limited to editing (skin correction, fly-aways, masking, etc.)
and color correction.
- Capable of creating gifs and/or formatting video assets for social media and web
- Video editing skills a plus, including but not limited to inserting captions and graphics
- Illustration abilities are a plus
- Organization skills; I require all layered files to be organized and labeled properly, so sharing amongst other designers is efficient
- Takes initiatives and does their due-diligence on assignments
- Knowledgeable in using AI like Midjour
