OVO is currently open for Employee Relations/Industrial Relations Manager.
**Get to know the Role**

The IR/ER Manager is in charge of Industrial relations activities including handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices.
Set direction, create policy, and offer expert advice in all matters relating to collective bargaining and corporate-wide industrial relations issues.
The position is also in charge of facilitating everything related to employee and management relations and work to help employees and management understand each other.
**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Design and deliver an industrial relations strategy with the key focus on engaging employees
- Set direction, create policy and offer expert advice in all matters relating to collective bargaining and corporate-wide industrial relations issues
- Handle disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices.
To manage PIP and MSA with remuneration
- Regularly review the dynamics related to the Indonesia Manpower regulations and advise accordingly to the Head of Pops or management, including the newly issued UUCK (Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja) and its accompanying government regulations.
- Regularly review and renews the statutory documents, reports, submissions, e.g.
WLKP (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan Perusahaan), Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan), RPTKA (Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing), Extended Workers, etc.
- Design and development of ER policy, processes, and tools to deliver required changes at all levels of the organization - support and align cultural and behavioral changes for the programs, promote an orderly but friendly work environment to increase the productivity of the employees, lead the resolution in any employee-related conflicts Assist with the entity movement process management and preparation
- Set the policy and direction, provide supervision and monitoring towards formalities in utilizing foreign workers
- Company's special project support - COVID-19 Grabbers Task Force and Safe & Respectful Workplace
- Lead and support all government-related audits towards Manpower in Grab Indonesia
- Manage others as assigned by the management or as required

**The Must-Haves**
- University Degree preferably in Law or Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years experience in handling Industrial Relations and/or Employee Relations, preferably in a multinational company
- Solid knowledge of Indonesia laws, rules and regulations
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, communication and collaboration skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbal and written in Bahasa and English
