Employer Branding Specialist

Company Description
- Develop procedure and strategic programs on employee communication, employer branding and employee engagement to drive on its implementation
- Create content for social media platforms, including an internal portal
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's and employer branding
- Manage all channels or platforms of employee communication effectively
- Manage corporate LinkedIn account, including calendar plan, posting guideline, optimize employee's engagement and revamp/improve LinkedIn page
- Plan, coordinate, facilitate and deliver employee engagement activities (employee events)

**Job Description**:

- Minimum hold a Bachelor Degree from marketing, branding, or a communications-related field
- Proven working experience in employer branding / social media marketing / digital media specialist
- Excellent in writing, editing (photo/video/text), graphic design, presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of marketing channels
- A knack for creativity
- Detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
